If, for any reason, you wish to return eligible, unopened, unused products purchased from focusfemales.com, you may do so by shipping the goods back within 14 days of the delivery date for shop credit. Unfortunately, we don't provide exchanges right now. Items returned that have been opened or used cannot be returned or credited. To set up your return,
please email contact@thewallfoundationinc.org with your order number, reason for return, and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited. All bath and body products, lipstick, glosses, cremes, and polishes may not be returned or refunded for health and safety purposes! Gift cards are final sale and not accepted for return. Eligible returns are usually processed within five business days.
